As an SLA Student Caseworker, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable Courtroom experience that is not available to other law students across Canada. You will oversee you own files from start to finish with assistance and advice from our volunteer and advising lawyers. This means that you will gain practical experience interviewing clients, writing legal documents, making applications before Judges, running trials, and much more.
